About SaaS Savvy

Hi, I'm Alice Egan, technical sales evangelist and SaaS Savvy founder.

I speak fluent software - and I’ve never written a line of code that mattered. 

At Zendesk, I went from stumbling into the SC role to closing $1M+ deals with San Francisco unicorns and UK fintechs.

But at the start? I didn’t know APIs from AWS!

I was constantly anxious I’d be exposed as a tech sales imposter. I tried to learn to code, but it didn’t give me the words to talk to the C-Suite.

So I built my own framework. I used my linguistics background to ground myself in tech through historical context and the key concepts that gave me the credibility to talk about the enterprise stack with confidence.

That shift didn’t just kill my imposter syndrome: It got me promoted three times, transferred abroad, bought my home, and gave me the financial freedom to build SaaS Savvy.
